Culturally Inclusive School Analysis

The Equity and Diversity Education Department looks forward to continuing our collaboration with Selma F. Bartlett Elementary School’s cultural transformation process. The initiative began with a pre-Culturally Inclusive School Analysis in August 2019, followed by a post-Culturally Inclusive School Analysis (CISA) in March 2020.


To triangulate the CISA data, the Equity and Diversity Education (EDE) Department has provided a third CISA assessment for Selma F. Bartlett Elementary School’s community stakeholders. The CISA will assess professional collaboration, affiliate collegiality, self-determination/efficacy, and cultural competency. The data gathered from the assessment will help determine the school culture’s strengths and challenges while offering insight into professional learning needs.

 

To administer the CISA assessment, the school provides participants the links to access the CISA assessment between March 15, 2021, to April 1, 2021.
